Refund policy

Returns

You have seven days from delivery to return anything unworn and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup — you do not need to visit a courier office.

What cannot be returned

Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we replace the piece. No forms and no arguing.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds are issued within three working days, as a bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer.
