Who we are

Basics is a jewellery brand operating from Pakistan and selling through basicsjewellery.pk. By placing an order on the site you agree to the terms below.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or if the delivery details cannot be verified, and in that case nothing is charged.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Cash on Delivery is accepted nationwide.

Delivery

We dispatch within one working day and delivery takes two to four working days. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partner and delays outside our control can happen, though we will keep you updated when they do.

Returns and refunds

Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. Pierced earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged. Full details are in our refund policy.

Product descriptions

We photograph every piece ourselves and describe materials honestly. Screens vary, so slight colour differences between a photograph and the product are possible and are not grounds for a damaged-item claim.
