Basics started with a simple observation. Most women in Pakistan own one or two pieces of real gold, kept safely in a locker, and almost nothing they can actually wear to work, to class, or to a friend's mehndi without worrying about it.
Fine jewellery is an occasion. Everything else is either plastic-looking or priced like an heirloom. We built the range to sit in that gap.
What we sell
Rings, earrings, hoops, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, hand chains, anklets and oxidised ethnic sets. Everyday shapes you can wear without thinking, alongside festive pieces for a mehndi or an Eid dinner.
Everything in the range is priced the same, so choosing comes down to what you like rather than what you can justify.
How we work
We hold our own stock. Nothing is drop-shipped, and nothing is listed that we do not physically have. Every piece is photographed by us rather than pulled from a supplier catalogue, which is why what arrives looks like what you saw.
Cash on Delivery is available in every city in Pakistan, so a first order costs you nothing until it is in your hands. Delivery is Rs. 300, free on orders over Rs. 5,500, and takes two to four working days.
What we will not tell you
Plenty of jewellery sold online in Pakistan claims to be anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic or plated to some specific standard. We do not make those claims, because we cannot verify them piece by piece and we would rather under-promise.
What we will tell you is how to make yours last: keep it away from perfume, lotion and water, put it on after getting ready rather than before, and store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other. That advice is true whatever the metal.
If something is wrong
You have seven days from delivery to return anything unworn in its original packaging, and we arrange the pickup. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we replace it. No forms.
